1. Products

Grab to Grill provides fresh, marinated, and perishable food items intended for grilling.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

Products require proper refrigeration upon receipt
Products must be cooked thoroughly before consumption
Customers are fully responsible for safe handling, storage, and cooking
Product appearance may vary slightly due to the fresh nature of ingredients

Grab to Grill is not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, handling, or preparation after delivery.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Grab to Grill reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues.
If an order is cancelled after payment, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Prices, product availability, and promotions may change without prior notice.
Grab to Grill is not responsible for typographical pricing errors but will work to resolve any issues fairly.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grab to Grill shall not be liable for:

Improper handling or storage after delivery
Failure to refrigerate products
Undercooking or improper cooking
Allergic reactions or food sensitivities
Customer misuse of products
Delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and ensuring the products are suitable for their dietary needs.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

6. Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order and completing checkout, you confirm that:

You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions
You accept responsibility for proper food handling and preparation
You understand that violation of these terms may result in denial of refund or chargeback claims

Failure to comply with these Terms may limit your eligibility for refunds, replacements, or dispute claims.
