Delivery Area

Grab to Grill currently delivers within Metro Vancouver, BC .

Orders placed outside our delivery zone may be declined or cancelled. If you are unsure whether your location is eligible, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Schedule

All orders are delivered on the scheduled date selected at checkout.

Customers choose their preferred delivery date during checkout.
We make every effort to deliver within the selected timeframe.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.

Customer Availability Requirement

Customers must be present at the delivery address to receive the order. Because our products are perishable, we cannot leave orders unattended unless explicitly arranged and confirmed in writing.

Please ensure:

Someone is available at the delivery location
Contact information is accurate and reachable
Delivery instructions are clearly provided at checkout

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable:

The order will be considered delivered once the delivery attempt has been made according to the scheduled time.
Grab to Grill is not responsible for product quality, freshness, or condition after the delivery attempt.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for missed deliveries caused by customer unavailability.

Redelivery Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

Redelivery is not guaranteed.
Any redelivery, if approved, may be subject to additional fees.
Approval of redelivery requests is at the sole discretion of Grab to Grill.
