Refund Policy

Grab to Grill provides fresh, marinated, perishable food products prepared for immediate grilling and consumption. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.

Exceptions (Refund / Return/ Exchange)

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged upon delivery.
  • The order was not delivered.

Chargeback Prevention Notes

  • Photos of the product may be requested.
  • Customers must acknowledge Terms & Conditions at checkout.
  • Any refund or chargeback request outside these rules may be refused.
